Management are responsible for establishing written policy in terms of resources, defining management commitment and defining OSH targets. They are also responsible for organizing, planning and implementation in terms of responsibilities, OSH objectives, hazard prevention and the assessment and management of risk.
Management and Supervisory Staff take responsibility for implementing the CSMS throughout the Company and we ensure that Health, Safety and Welfare considerations are always given priority in planning the day to day supervision of work. This is carried out through internal and external audits to review the system and working practices and based on this, preventative and corrective actions are put in place to ensure the continual improvement process is achieved.
With extensive experience in the Healthcare, Hospitals and Pharmaceutical sectors we allow for the full implementation of the Recommendations of CDC and the Healthcare Infection Control Practices Advisory Committee (HICPAC) and the Irish National Guidelines for the Prevention of Nosocomial Invasive Aspergillosis during construction/renovation activities (NDSC 2002) by providing a sealed/contained Building site during the full duration of the works.
